Establishing a new LifestyleIn this third episode of the series, we are diving into the Consistency needed to see the goals you are working so darn hard for!!Since we are both fitness professionals we see this a lot! Where a client starts a journey and after a few weeks or even a month or two doesn't feel like they are making enough progress, so they quit. Or, a busy week at work turns into 3 busy weeks. Or, we see extremes in a routine where people may feel like if they don't have a full hour to work out there is no point in going at all. In this episode, we want to check in on the importance of being consistent and keeping to your routine, even if that means a 10-minute workout or maybe changing the day of the week you decide to buy lunch.Don't have time or energy for your 45-minute gym session? Walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes. Forgot an hour lunch at home and need to buy lunch? Make the healthiest decision possible and switch your treat day around. This journey isn't an all or nothing, it's a little of something each day.
