Former Navy SEAL and Author, Marty Strong joins Landon on the show to talk about Marty's time in the SEALs, his writing process, and the 3 steps to achieving a nimble mind.   Marty joined the Navy SEALS in 1975 and served 21 years for our country as a Special Operations Officer. After his time in the SEALs, he jumped right into the business world and started his writing career.   Marty has had a total of 10 publications and is working on his 11th now.
