She has been on her own mental health journey and is hoping to use her life experience to help others. She will be starting a Masters's in Counselling in fall 2022 and is currently working at the children’s hospital with kids with autism and with the centre for suicide prevention.In this episode, we will discuss mental health past, present & future. The effects we have seen recently during the pandemic, the changes in society and society's views/acceptance around mental health as well as suicide awareness and how we can help ourselves and show support to those around us.
