Establishing a new LifestyleIn this fourth episode of the series, we are diving into the Lifestyle that comes once we have established a consistent routine! How do you know when a habit is a lifestyle? We will share our own personal experience in creating routines and new habits that have become automatic and part of our daily lifestyle as well as our experience with clients on their path. First, we must create the mindset, then take action, stick to those actions until they become so automatic we wither do them without thinking or we are able to immediately identify the consequences of what will happen if we skip them for a day. And remember, this is a circular process evolving and changing. The journey is never linear nor is it final. As we develop habits and goals into a new lifestyle we will always have new ventures and new routines to master. As always, we appreciate each and every one of you that takes the time to listen, review and share our podcast!
