Roz Mays, a.k.a. @rozthediva, is an International Polestar from New York. She is a NASM, TRX, Schwinn, AFAA, elevatED, Mad Dog Athletics, X-Pert and ATA’s Adaptive & Inclusive Personal Trainer specialized in Fitness Nutrition and Corrective Exercise. Her motivation for sharing hope, love and joy to all minorities has made her one of the dearest members in the pole & aerial community.
