One of the region’s biggest local restaurant chains is making news for their real estate development plans. Cousin’s Subs of Menomonee Falls is looking to add more locations in Wisconsin and out-state, and it’s adopting a higher-investment approach to building those future restaurants. Milwaukee Business Journal’s Sean Ryan talks with Joe Ferguson, Cousins’ Vice President of Development, about their plans.
