The book offers a candid insight into the complex world of coercive control and abusive relationships from a woman who has spent her entire dating life trapped in them. We talk to Maddy about how she became a Womens aid Ambassador, how lockdown changed her plans from tour to book (and soon another tour). In her book she cleverly weaves her own experiences with science & psychology whilst at the same time making us laugh, she explains how important the format of the book was and how it began.
