Just before joining the City, Theresa served as Interim Director of procurement for Santa Clara County in California where she led the county’s $6 billion+ budget Prior to that, she became the youngest-ever Senior County Administration Official for Miami-Dade County, was Florida’s Assistant Attorney General, and also represented professional athletes as an NFL agent.
