Irene Lowry is an absolute powerhouse of a woman who in 2010 founded Nurture, a unique charity offering immediate mental health counselling to women and their partners through, conception, pregnancy, postnatal depression, miscarriage, IVF, peri menopause and menopause. Irene is a humanistic counsellor, who has grown Nurture Health into a service that can be accessed by anyone. Nurture Health has already counselled 15,000 women and 4,500 partners.
