Over 1, 000 personal trainers across Aus, NZ and Singapore have completed Jen’s Safe Return to Exercise certification which upskills trainers and educates them on how to safely train mums. She has also recently launched MumSafe™, a platform that connects women with a suitable Personal Trainer that can assist with their individual needs.
