She holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours in Creative Writing from the University of Melbourne and Honours in Performance from Monash University, and was a graduate of the inaugural Full Time ensemble of the Howard Fine Acting Studio Australia.In 2019, Phoebe became an alumni of the Arteles Creative Centre in Finland, having completed the Silence Awareness Existence residency.
