A proud first-generation scholar, Dr. Swink earned both her PhD and master’s in industrial and organizational psychology from Keiser University, and holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma. In 2025, she was inducted into the Keiser University Wall of Fame.Throughout her career, she has owned and led multiple businesses, increasing enrollment by 35%, boosting revenue by over 65%, and successfully managing multi-million-dollar projects. She is deeply committed to community service and student advocacy, leading initiatives focused on mental health, mentorship, and student-first engagement.An ordained minister and active member of professional and service organizations, Dr. Swink is passionate about mentoring, leadership, and giving back.
