Episode Summary

I was joined by Paul for a wide-ranging and very personal conversation about the loneliness of wisdom — that strange place where growing in awareness can also leave you feeling more isolated. We explored the difference between being alone and being lonely, why modern communication often feels less human despite being instant, and how solitude can be both protective and revealing. From old party-line telephones and letter writing to smartphones, trains and people disappearing into their screens, we kept coming back to the same question: are we actually more connected, or just more reachable? We also got into introversion, empathy, boundaries, spiritual healing, relationships, and the way life experience can make you more cautious about who you let in. Paul spoke openly about getting back out into the world and rediscovering the importance of doing what he loves, while I shared thoughts on patterns, energy, self-preservation and the hard-earned wisdom that comes from meeting the wrong people before learning what peace really feels like. As ever, it was serious in places, reflective throughout, and balanced with plenty of humour along the way.Weekend Truth Festival: https://www.weekendtruthfestival.co.uk/The Glastonbury Symposium: https://glastonburysymposium.co.uk/Paul English Live: https://paulenglishlive.com/Nathan Lucius: https://nathanlucius.com/Last Revolution Podcast: https://nathanlucius.com/last-revolution-podcastOccult Academy: https://nathanlucius.com/occult-academyJerry Marzinsky: https://www.jerrymarzinsky.com/Graham Hancock: https://grahamhancock.com/Telegram Messenger: https://telegram.org/YouTube: https://about.youtube/Amazon UK: https://www.amazon.co.uk/eBay UK: https://www.ebay.co.uk/Wimpy UK: https://wimpy.uk.com/Avanti West Coast: https://www.avantiwestcoast.co.uk/about-usHammond Musical Instruments: https://www.hammond.eu/Info/AboutUs
