With a blend of storytelling, child development expertise, and hands-on learning, Leah helps young people discover their strengths, bring their ideas to life, and see themselves as capable creators in their communities and beyond. Born and raised in Kansas, with lived experience in Germany and California, Leah now leads her organization in Wichita, Kansas — empowering young leaders across the country. Her T-E-E is rooted in Teaching, Empowerment, and Entrepreneurship, and her personal story reflects the belief that children are leaders, ideas deserve space, and confidence grows through action.
