In this kickoff episode, I share why I’m launching *Sayre to Weatherford Voice* and what I hope it becomes for Western Oklahoma. After spending the past twenty years building my life in this region—working in the oil fields and raising my family here—I wanted to give back by creating a hyper-local podcast centered on the communities of Sayre, Elk City, Clinton, and Weatherford.Each episode will feature five core segments focused on local news, political updates, upcoming events, and a little community gossip to keep things lively. Most importantly, I want this to be a listener-built show.
