In our discussion with Katherine, we talk about her work investigating the FDA and Big Pharma, the corruption she discovered during her investigation, conditions under which many of the low-cost drugs in the market are made overseas, how companies would go to amazing lengths to falsify data, the level of fraud discovered in drug manufacturing plants in India and China, and strategies for how the FDA could better enforce compliance to their standards.
