The real reason that the Democrats are floundering right now is because president Trump won by convincing millions of people like me who were Democrats our whole life that he is the inheritor of the values that we hold very dear. So for most of the twentieth century, the Democrats represented the working class. Their whole agenda was built around the idea that if you work hard, you should have access to the American dream. And the Republicans were the party of big business, country clubs, trickle down economics, foreign interventions. Right?

The way president Trump works, he makes decisions by orchestra. He likes lots of views and opinions. Mhmm. He likes them. And anybody who says, oh, the last person who sees him gets him, that's because they don't know him at all. Mhmm. Right. Right? The answer is it's an orchestra. Right? And I would say, okay. I'm the first violin. You know, at the time, I would say I was, you know, I would describe myself as second violin. Yep. Right? So this is an orchestra. So the president's not gonna make a decision with me and him alone. Yeah. By an orchestra. That's really cool.

I lost 658 people to work for me. And Dude, what the Can you can we just focus on that number real quick? I'm 28 years old. I'm turning 28 on Tuesday. I was four years old on 09/11. He was a man. This man was a man, and he lost one oh, like okay. So first of all, like, 3,000 people died on 09/11. A fifth of that, a fifth of the deaths of 09/11 was this man's employees. Now for his whole company at large, he had over 900 employees. 70% of this man's company was murdered. That's fucking insane, dude. I did not know this until this week. When I heard this podcast, when I watched it, my jaw dropped the floor. Like, that is an insane can you please comprehend that number?
