After some time away, I returned to the show to share where I’ve been, why I stepped back, and how my own healing journey is reshaping the direction of my work. I opened up about burnout, nervous system exhaustion, hormones, and the deeper themes behind my Queens of Chaos project: the removal of the feminine, the cost of living in survival mode, and why I believe women need space to reconnect with their bodies, rhythms, wisdom and authority. This episode really sets the tone for what’s coming next, both in my writing and in the conversations I want to bring to the show.I was then joined by Nikita Stark, founder of When Push Comes to Shove and creator of The Starck Method, for a rich conversation about nervous system regulation, early conditioning, informed consent, birth sovereignty and the patterns that sit beneath behaviour. We explored why information alone is often not enough, how women can be pushed into choices through fear or people-pleasing, and why true sovereignty means understanding the lens through which we make decisions.
