Tonight I was joined by Nathan Von Lucius for a wide-ranging conversation on pronoia versus paranoia, and whether a more proactive, self-directed mindset is the real antidote to fear, passivity and social engineering. We explored how difficult experiences can either break us or become hard-earned qualifications in the university of life, and we debated the difference between empty “love and light” platitudes and genuine inner resilience. Along the way we touched on hyper-vigilance, empathy, narcissistic personalities, cult behaviour, the dangers of people handing their judgement over to self-appointed leaders, and why so many movements end up being diverted by rabbit holes and psychological manipulation. From there the discussion broadened into propaganda, psyops, historical manipulation, war narratives, truth-celebrity culture, preparedness, food systems, and the need for right action rather than wishful thinking. Nathan also shared updates on his work, including Barefoot Forager events, the Long Compton ghost walks, The Occult Academy, Last Revolution Podcast, and his writing projects. It was a lively, provocative exchange about discernment, personal responsibility and keeping your wits about you in a world full of distraction.Food For Thought Radio: https://www.fftradio.com/Nathan Lucius: https://nathanlucius.com/Last Revolution Podcast: https://nathanlucius.com/last-revolution-podcastThe Occult Academy: https://nathanlucius.com/occult-academyThe Occult Academy Telegram Group: https://t.me/+b8pHRXzMYnM1ZTlkBarefoot Forager: https://barefootforager.co.uk/Long Compton Ghost Walks: https://barefootforager.co.uk/long-compton-ghost-walksCotswold Sound Baths: https://barefootforager.co.uk/cotswold-sound-bathsFake Awake by Nathan Lucius: https://ko-fi.com/s/50efa21be7Clear Thinking by Shane Parrish: https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/611709/clear-thinking-by-shane-parrish/The Bowler Hat Farmer (Mark Byford): https://thebowlerhatfarmer.com/David Icke: https://davidicke.com/Jerry Marzinsky: https://www.jerrymarzinsky.com/Mark Devlin: https://djmarkdevlin.com/YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/Telegram: https://telegram.org/
