My dad was obese. I just lost my dad to cancer. And so this health topic is really important to me. I grew up having judgments against my father for being unhealthy. I didn't wanna look like him. I didn't wanna be like him. I didn't wanna, you know I I shaved my chest in the in the 8th grade because I didn't wanna be fat and hairy. I was afraid of being fat and hairy when I was a child. And it was only during the pandemic when I was, like, starting to get comfortable with my hair, you know, like, with my bodily hair, which is so silly.
