We opened with a fascinating legal discussion on the Sixth Circuit tire-chalking case and what it says about trespass, search, seizure, warrants, and the Fourth Amendment. From there, Brent dug deep into the meaning of due process, common law, and why even seemingly minor government intrusions matter when they test the principle of lawful authority. As the calls came in, the conversation widened into red flag laws, ex parte proceedings, police power, fear, freedom, voting and representation, the transmission of these ideas to children and grandchildren, and the cultural power of music and symbols. A highlight was hearing from Kay again after years away and learning how Brent’s Magna Carta series helped her better understand due process and habeas corpus. By the end, we had covered everything from constitutional structure to Animal Farm, all circling back to the same core question: how do we stand on truth, due process, and individual responsibility in dangerous times?Brent Allan Winters / The Common Lawyer: https://commonlawyer.com/About Brent Allan Winters: https://commonlawyer.com/?page=AboutRoger Sayles "Radio Ranch" (Brent’s show page): https://commonlawyer.com/?page=media_broadcast_radio_ranchRadio Ranch archives on Castbox: https://castbox.fm/channel/Radio-Ranch-id1463869The Global Voice Internet Radio: https://www.theglobalvoice.info/The Good Book Uncooked by Brent Allan Winters: https://commonlawyer.com/?page=shop_books_good_book_uncookedExcellence of the Common Law by Brent Allan Winters: https://commonlawyer.com/?page=shop_books_excellenceMagna Carta (audio series) by Brent Allan Winters: https://commonlawyer.com/?page=shop_audio_magna_cartaMagna Carta: Clause by Clause course: https://commonlawyer.com/?page=courses_magna_cartaWinters Inn of Court: https://commonlawyer.com/?page=coursesMagna Carta (National Archives): https://www.archives.gov/exhibits/featured-documents/magna-cartaPrife International: https://www.prifeintl.com/Animal Farm by George Orwell: https://www.penguinrandomhouse.com/books/124976/animal-farm-by-george-orwell-introduction-by-julian-symons/
